I hear quite often that background separation (or bokeh) is terrible with the micro four thirds cameras. I think this image, using the mZD 14-150 on the E-P3 shows quite clearly that it is not terrible. Personally I think it's great. The separation between the subject and background has to be large enough. This was taken at f5.6.
